BRACCIANO – WORK STARTED ON FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR AQUEDUCT "LEAGUE"

Once the work is completed, citizens living in the areas served by the’aqueduct “League” Will be able to return to consuming the’Water without any limitation and in absolute safety. As for the’aqueduct “Fiora” (in any case, below the limits imposed by current regulations) we are evaluating all possibilitiesà aimed at purification through the system of “mixing”, in order to avoid the’installation of a second system that would involve a significant economic commitment.

“Dell’arsenic we immediately made it a matter of conscience since 2009 when our municipality had exhausted all permits under the exemption of the’European Union”, explains the’Councillor for Public Works, Antonio De Santis, who adds: “We then initiated a series of studies and research to identify a possible lasting solution to the problem and, after successfully concluding a test phase for a model d’water filtration plant, we have initiated the’iter for the’actual installation, requesting all necessary opinions, preparing the tender and awarding the’assignment to the winning company”.

“L’plant – continues the’Councillor –costerà 356 thousand euros and, just as a testament to the seriousnessà with which we have approached this matter, we will bear the costs directly, without applying for funding from the Lazio Region, which would result in a further lengthening of time and the’iter già by sé very long and complex, despite our best efforts”.

We manage our water directly, covering a water network that covers a territory of 14 thousand hectares thanks to the’commitment of our technicians and surveillance technologies.
